You don’t have to sit firmly on the seat, sometimes I’ll lower the seat all
the way down out of the way and stand up.

Hey Lee, im currently working out my back and biceps on the same day being
back first and biceps later. is this biceps exercise suitable to be
    incorporated into my routine?

Yes, you can do this at the end of your back and biceps workout to pump up
    your arms.

Nice exercise 🙂 .. I’ll guess I’ll do this on arms day .. I kind of hit a
plateau.. Biceps are never sore as usual. Might as well destroy them with
    this finisher! : D can’t wait

Hi Lee, just wanted to know if this would actually also put on some muscle
mass .. I do it a different weight, 5+5 kg barbells, 2 sets of 50 reps each
    ..

I’ve got one of these at the gym I just joined. Is this machine better for
curls then doing the curls on each arm with free weights?

how long should you rest between sets for maximum gain?

  15. Lee Hayward / June 7, 2013

It really depends on the type of program you are following. But generally I
like to rest 2-3 minutes between sets for big compound lifts and 1 minute
between sets for smaller isolation moves.

But Lee in this vid you reached lets say endurance failure(you stopped due
to enormous pumping and burning ) not strength failure, so that set just
pumped you up and burned some but didnt stimulate much muscle .Its better
to fight more in the few last reps . keep going

fake the time is the same omg

I like the routine and will use it, but shouldn’t you be seated flat
“locking yourself in” to minimize mid and lower body movement? Also, seems
like it would keep your lower back out of it?
