      are doing extra sets probably take 1 rest day

    Dude this think is killing me but i feel good :)) i want to ask you if this
    training is fit for me, i have 17 years and 98 kg and 1.75m and i want to
    get some weight off and also i try to eat as less possible meat and
    carbohydrates . Your video is great dude keep it up !

      the gym 2 times a week. Give it a try u will get built after a year.

      Working out is good for everyone, but heavy weights can damage a young
      kid’s body. Their joints aren’t as strong as an adult, and their muscles
      aren’t really developed until puberty.

      I am both of those things. It shouldn’t stop you. You shouldn’t use any of
      those things as an excuse. I work out perfectly fine even if I need to use
      my inhaler before hand. I’m on multiple sports teams and will become a
      United States Marine. Don’t let asthma stop you, because it can’t and
      won’t. Only you can stop you

      day..starting at 17 june and still doing this everyday, Im 16 and i don’t
      really diet..i just do this before i go the bed, is that a bad thing?
