Using weights to build abs is one of the best kept secrets to getting those chiseled "3D" abs that really pop and look defined. In this 20 minute hybrid body-weight/dumbbells abs workout I'll show you some of my favorite abs moves that I use on a daily basis for getting a rock hard 6 pack.

We're going for 20 minutes straight here, so be sure to drink plenty of water and warm up before starting this abs workout. We got 21 moves, 45 seconds each, and we're going through each move non-stop. This is real time, so we're in this together. We'll burn plenty of calories, bust a sweat, and really hit those abs.

      +Linda 82 Not an expert, but your back is probably compensating for your
      weak hip abductors. If you strengthen those along with your core* then you
      won’t rely on your back so much.

    Did this at the gym for my abs and even to this day it burns lol one of the
