    My arms are the weakest muscles of my body. I have been trying so hard but
    they are growing really slow. Next time I will lower my weights for arms
    workout and focus more on the form and hope for the gains.

      +Zeeshan Shahzad Two words… Drop. Sets. Try adding drop sets into your
      routine and you’re guarunteed to see gains. If that doesn’t work then you
      need to up your calorie intake. Your muscles can’t grow if they don’t have
      the materials to grow.

      form. If you have to drop the weight and go for more reps then do that.
      Remember what Arnold said “if you can go into the gym and do one exercise
      right you’ll achieve more than if you spent hours but did it wrong”

    is this a good idea to do biceps and triceps workout at the first month of
    gym???? somebody please guide me I am younger at the gym and unfortunately
    I dont have any instructor..

      My recommendation is combine two body parts per day, yes you can work bicep
      and triceps same day. Here is the tip, lift heavy with the right form, dont
      rush thru it. So pick 3 any exercise for biceps and any 3 for biceps, then
      set a goal 3 sets of lets say 6 of specific, do first set, relax for 30sec-
      1 min, repeat, 2nd set relax 30sec-1min, repeat, 3rd, etc, same thing when
      you move to your next body part. Stick to the weight you able to have a
      right form, otherwise drop weight and its okay going smaller. Nutrition and
      a right form will get you results, You have to commit yourself in this
      sport. remembering that you have to eat properly is the key, and right form
      when you lifting. Remember you brake muscle tissue in the gym and only
      build muscle with right nutrition and food you intake, so tissues will be
      sucking all those micro to build your body. Good Luck. I highly would
      suggest trainer, use him for 3-4 month and learn. Pay the person, but
      choose a trainer who already accomplished few things and you want a right
      coach!

    for just triceps each week?

      just do push ups, I’ve been doing 2-3 sets of 15 push ups a day for the
      pass week and I’ve already seen a good gain

      I would recommend you to train triceps twice a week. One after chest day (
      do 2- 3 excersices) and rest up to 48 hours and train again triceps at Arm
      Day (biceps/triceps + delts if ypu want too)
