    Great workout brother! Man workout 196 Kickboxing killed my butt, the 180
    jump squat kicks, never been that sore before 🙂 probably did the exercise
    right. Loved the weighted kickboxing! gonna mix up things next month
    combine weighted kickboxing and kettlebell, e.g 30 minutes kickboxing
    straight after do a 20-30 kettlebell workout in the mornings, thanks for
    the inspiration!

      LOL. Not everyone likes when I goof around, but I’ve been doing it since I
      was a kid. My dad used to take me to the gym and say, “Pay attention and
      stop playing around”, but it actually was the way I focused. I’m glad some
      people get it. Keep pushing forward!
