Start your timer and perform each exercise for the prescribed reps…do not move onto the next exercise until you have completed the reps. (Use a challenging weight and learn the dumbbells techniques before attempting this workout.

    Hey funk i am 6’6 208 pounds i am pretty ripped and strong but i do not
    have access to my gym at this time…will this workout still add body mass
    to me or just tone me up?

    Hey funk! I’m down 30 lbs with 68 to go. Love this workout but have a hip
    injury and I’m not allowed to burpee, run, jump, etc. what can I sub for
    the burpees and climbers?

    Funk, how many times in a week do you do those quick metabolic workouts?
    Can i do every day changing the workouts but stickt to 15 minutes high
    intensity?
