Follow Christine for a total body workout that will have you crying for mercy! This routine will help you add more metabolically active (fat burning) lean muscle mass to your frame. Mix things up and keep your muscles guessing. This workout burns 422 – 579 calories. You'll need a set of weights (5-10 pounds) and a mat. Do this routine 3 times a week on non-consecutive days. Make sure to stretch on rest days. As you get stronger, increase the reps. You'll be working your abs, core, butt, legs, arms, and more.

    I’ve been working out for a while and lost 20 pounds out of 30, so I
    thought hey I’ll do this one but add ankel weights. You know cus I’m awsome
    fit I’m thinking…. Hahah.. Had to take them off after 15 minutes or I
    wouldnt have finished, and now I can’t walk… wee, but hey I’m gonna see
    mad results. Ankel weights are killers, spread the word :p´╗┐
