4 weeks Six Pack Abs workout – Level 1

Six Pack Abs Workout is designed on the basis of "8 minutes Abs" workout, which follows the principle of aerobics. In fact, you'll see that between one exercise and the other there is no recovery time. This training method completely stimulates the rectus abdominis.
Thanks to this type of practice and to the conformation of the muscle, you'll get excellent results by increasing the repetitions or decreasing the recovery time between sets carried out.
The results will come if and only if it the first fitness rule is respected: "you must give your muscle the time to recover."
Precisely for this reason we invite you to comply with the suggested timing at the beginning of the video.
If the training is too easy for you, you should run it twice in a row in the same training session without waiting for a full day of recovery.

      For men who have tried many method to get six pack abs and haven’t still
      got results! You can try *Imodstyle 6 Pack Abs* (Have a quick look on
      google cant remember the place now ) ? I had tried to do exercises by
      myself and get injured after a week! I didn’t know how to do it correctly,
      what I should do per day, I just do the same exercises day by day and this
      is why I get injured! *After follow these plan, I got 6 pack abs after less
      than 4 weeks! I also feel stronger & healthier now*

      Only use your hands to support you head. Use you stomach to pull yourself
      up. And remember to eat lots of protein and vegetable! I see mine coming in
      after 2 times a day for 4 days

    i have a pretty round stomach sir i am near obese can my stomach fat will

      I recommend doing a sport, I play club soccer as a goalie, and this helps a
      lot. If you just clicked on the vid and hoped it would do the trick, it
      won’t, you’ll have to do other physical activities, maybe go for a run or a
      walk, or take up a sport
