    I see all these comments how long how long,body do them for two(2)weeks if
    u see results do them again if your not do it for one(1)month i garante you
    u gonna kill belly fat.
    But u cant for one day in 5minutes to kill belly fet bcs u dont have 10kg .

      A lot of people sweat more than others, and room temperature has some
      things to do with it, but it’s neither good nor bad. (Unless you’re
      dehydrated, then it’s bad :p)

    Lmao the people complaining in the comments about how this doesn’t work but
    then right after go to mc donalds to get their daily burger, fry, and
    milkshake, and jokes aside just don’t eat right. This only works if you eat
    the right stuff get this through your thick skulls. They also stay up all
    night on social media and crap. I hate people saying this doesn’t work but
    then right after go drink and eat unhealthy stuff for gods sake. I’m a
    pretty skinny guy but had some belly fat, after 2 weeks it was gone because
    I ate right and combined this with other workouts. So yes, this DOES burn
    belly fat if you can take care of your body, just like any bloody workout.

      Yes, only 2 weeks. I was pretty chubby and it only took about 1 hour of
      doing belly fat burning exercises, plenty of sleep, being in the right
      environment, and etc. And water man… a lot of people look at water like
      ‘eh’ but once you start drinking large amounts of it each day it’s amazing
      what it does. Shame most people never try it though.

      My first line of advice is to avoid those cheap tricks like lemon water
      that help you burn fat, while they may actually do it it gets you used to
      thinking it’s all going to be a breeze. You have to put in a lot of work
      and set aside a lot of time. Most people never do it and you probably never
      will but once you do it’s amazing. Also, drink lots of water, and I would
      recommend this video’s exercises combined with light jogging or running. Or
      both. You also need to go to bed very early and eat well or it’s all for
      nothing.
