Go straight up without that twist crap

    • HaloGTMaster / June 20, 2014

He needs to learn good form and everything else

    • John Kraus / June 26, 2014

+HaloGTMaster Don’t worry, right now I’m using light weight to build a
bicep peak/good pump. I don’t lift any heavy weight dumbbell bicep curl
      anymore.

    • HaloGTMaster / June 26, 2014

That’s good man you should’ve done that in the first place. But now in the
future when you do 50’s you’ll do them without the twisting

    • John Kraus / June 27, 2014

      +HaloGTMaster Will do. Thanks!

sorry bro but that’s totally wrong..you’re lifting more with your hips than
with your biceps..try doing same kg somewhere where you can just touch your
    elbows..

    • John Kraus / July 3, 2014

Understood. I’m not going to debate with you and Its all good. I’ll accept
that and check out my new video Insane Biceps Workout… you won’t see any
      hip movement 😉 enjoy

People saying bad form lol. This obviously isnt something he does for 5
sets its just to show strength. A 1rm if you will.

    • brentlion / July 21, 2015

  8. Ben Hall / August 17, 2015

actually that’s not to bad most people cant even do that with a fifty I can
at the time do 40 8 reps with better form but you can see its doing him
good look at his arms and if you say you can do it then put it on here
where everyone can see every one can say they can so do it

  9. The Man / November 21, 2015

    Form is hella off

  10. Drew_Da_Beast / January 18, 2016

These are way too heavy for you dude. Yout twisting your body just to lift
it and its doing nothing for your arms. Try 30 or 35

    • John Kraus / January 19, 2016

+Drew_Da_Beast lol, its an old video. Check my new video in my channel.
      Cheers

    nice arms bro…keep pumping

  14. Codeinefiend / March 29, 2016

Even if they weren’t perfect curls, it’s still pretty damn impressive. I’m
16 and I curl 40’s but I can only do like 3 good ones.

  15. REFLEX / May 19, 2016

I usually warm up with 30’s and can end with 50’s.

  16. dnx 11 / June 15, 2016
