    I’m 16 and this really works any ab work out works if you do it the right
    way it just takes time you can’t expect to get q 6 pack in 1 month it takes
    time I will show you the results I just started doing these 2 weeks ago and
    my abs are starting to look bigger and better still can’t seem that much
    tho but I will keep doing these

      Do it 3 times a day with hours inbetween do this for 4 days (Monday,
      Tuesday, Wednesday have a rest then continue on Thursday and Friday then
      have 2 days rest and continue
