    Ouch this was harrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrd….sorry, my arms just fell of my body
    right on the keybord :)) Quite an insane thing to do at 4 am Monday morning

    Here is my next weighted workout!
    I am not sure whether it is possible to build and burn simultaneously, the
    science is controversial. Maybe, it is different from person to person.
    But, anyway, combining cardio & weights is always a gamechanger. It is also
    a great maintenance tool: you keep your muscles on and fat off; you can
    “afford” a nutrient-rich balanced diet without starving.
    BTW, I can see a black foam roller on the background (is it?). Do you use
    it often? I got one too, but it became more of a yoga prop/bolster)). Would
    like to hear your opinion about it).

      Oh, it’s absolutely possible to burn and gain at the same time. Diet plays
      a big role in there too. This article on bodybuilding.com offers some
