    When i tried to do that last workout i almost died. My neck is hurt when i
    tried to do that last workout, maybe cus i couldn raise mysel enough. But i
    think i will do that last workout one day.

    i already have 6pac but still i need to admit this wasn’t easy
    i guess a lot of people has neck problem because this is really hard
    training for beginners and when abs are finished u are trying to help them
    with your neck
    my advice is to stop do it if u can’t do it right
    take an extra brake but don’t hurt yourself

      my neck is fine after this.

      yes, a while ago i did it for like 3 weeks or a month everyday and i got
      abit visible 6 pack.
