    Is this burn fat ?

    • Grenade® TV / November 6, 2015

+Ozkan Tutarel HIIT cardio would be a more effective way to burn fat. This
workout will help build and strengthen your core and abs

    • Ozkan Gaming / November 14, 2015

    • Renzo Tuano / March 30, 2016

    • ™ReadyGames / February 23, 2016

yeah me too .. i think i need to work more on my arms lol

    • fila365 / March 3, 2016

+Michał Boryczko man your arms chest and upper back must be seriously weak
then, you need to do some upper torso exercises for that scapular stability
      and upper arm strenghtening m8

    • Iulian Sava / March 4, 2016

+Michał Boryczko My shoulders hurt from the plank followed by the mountain
climbers and I have to stop 2 or 3 times for a second

    • Hooch D / March 28, 2016

+Michał Boryczko If you’re talking about pain in the wrist up the forearm,
then it’s less about it being ‘weak’ and more about angle strain (more of a
flexibility problem I think?). Get some hexagonal/fixed weight dumbbells
and put them on the ground to hold on to as you do stuff like this/pushups.
your wrists will be straight instead and it feels much better. The weight
of them doesn’t matter as long as you can fit your fingers underneath while
      they are on the floor.

+Michał Boryczko either your form isn’t correct or you have weak arms
