      i wouldn’t recommend doing at night, for if you do, then good luck trying
      to sleep.
      if you wanna sleep, then you need to relax your muscles. (not the best idea
      to workout)

      keep doing this one till it gets waaaaaay too easy. You should be able to
      do level 3 at that point, if you can’t then simply keep training this one
      till you can get strong enough for level 3
