      cuenta que a diferencia del nivel 2 acá no se hacen 40 sino 50 repeticiones
      y que no hay descanso como si había en el nivel 2 de 15 segundos cada 2
      ejercicios.

      shorter pauses and also 60 reps instead of 40.. 🙂

    4 levels are the same styles, difference are, upper level is longer.
