      helps the abs come through

    This is great as a warm-up or workout finisher. When it gets too easy
    (which will happen if you do it every day) just add a weight on your chest
    and leg weights to your ankles to keep improving!

    I do this in my dance plus class. Sometimes we go to the weight room at our
    school and do that. We like to do other stuff, too, but its usually either
    in the dance room (which is most of the time) and weight room.
