*This is not the resistance weights i use for my regular routines. The weights used in the video are only for showing the workout routine. Add the weight that you can do these exercises properly

Workout Rules:

1) Always stretch before starting for 5 minutes.
2) Start with a warm up
3) Copy exercises exactly how it is done.
4) "Super Set : Two exercises performed but count as 1 set.
5) Drop Set: 1 exercise that will be followed by a lower weight resistance. It can be lowered 2 , 3 , 4 times but it counts as 1 Set for the exercise.
6) 4 Sets per each exercise
7) Stretch in the end for 5 minutes

6) quatro jogos por cada exercício

    for you to build muscle fast.

    vIf you really want to bulk up and get ripped, i suggest you Google search
    for “Oak Muscle Method”. You are guaranteed to get the body you should have.

    My coworkers laughed when I told them I was going to build muscle with “Six

    Thank you so much for the video. Youtube is great for this form of thing.
    My relative was formerly bullied. He said he was about to get bigger muscle
    mass. I didn’t believe him. Then in just a few weeks he added 40lbs of pure
    muscle. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He does not get
    bullied any longer. I registered a few days ago. Plus this guys emails are
    fascinating!!!

    that’s what debateable…I have the same question…I’ve been locking out
    mostly on my sets, but I’m going to see how it feels keeping it bent

    In my personal opinion, doing cardio more than 3 or 4 times a week
    generally promotes muscle loss. Also, your cardio sessions should be no
    more than 30 min. long. Really, the secret to maintaining a lean body rests
    in nutrition. If that isn’t right, cardio will do nothing for you.

    Excessive cardio will burn off muscle as well as fat. Just take a look at
    the cross country runners.
