      Yes! Haha, triceps is my favorite day, whereas biceps is my least favorite
      behind abs.

      I personally love doing an arm day, supersetting biceps and triceps and/or
      just switching between the two. This has worked out great for me. My arms
      need the least emphasis now, so I don’t do an arm day every single week

    Chris I do a program that has a high rep workout in the morning then low
    rep high volume in the evening . Check it out its called mft28 from Greg
    Plitt . I’m just curiously as to why this workout seems so short ? Why
    don’t you do 12 exercises with super sets ? Anyways awesome vids man , I
    wish POG never disbanded though sick intros .
