    Hey Chris, I tried the decline and you were right. So much better. Did not
    feel it all in my delts. It was almost purely triceps and it seemed I was
    able to go way heavier then I usually can on flat bench.

    Chris i gotta ask man when you superset on arms why do you do triceps and
    then biceps within the superset? i follow your workout too but when hippie
    mothas ask me at the gym why im mixing up the exercises i cant give a
    knowledgable reply. so why?

      Yeah he’s only deadlifted 500 lbs for 5 reps before. Pretty weak.
