That’s some seriously constructive criticism. Pretty obvious that you’ve
never had form problems, too right? AMIRITE?!

    do that

damn i dream of same gym my friend. whenever i do powerlifting or olympic
lifts at my gym everyone is like ” what the hell is he doing? ” stupid
bodybuilding nuts. they can’t make a functional body. all muscle but no
    real strength, no explosive power,

    why not?

He’s doing a form of front squat, so the toes WILL naturally go over the
toes a little. The idea that the knees shouldn’t go over the toes holds
usually when you don’t squat properly and your hip crease doesn’t go below
your knee crease. But when you do it properly and engage your posterior as
well, your knees going over your toes shouldn’t matter much. The big thing
is that your hip crease must go below parallel (knee crease) to not get
    muscular imbalance.

too bad none of the instructors are smart enough to break down his form
fail and work on balancing the medial and lateral muscles in his upper legs
so the poor guy is flagging his knees all over through the whole move..
    crossfit fails again.

Haha nice frontal knee motion. Ask this guy how his knees are in 5 years.
