      When gaining strength/muscle, generally speaking you’d want your daily
      carbs/protein to be above a certain amount which most likely will mean
      you’ll be gaining weight(both fat and muscle).

      Bart wanted to ensure his diet wasnt the limiting factor when hitting his
      strength goals, so that’s why he’s gained quite a bit of fat/muscle.
