    This is my third morning of doing it and when I stretch i can feel it in my
    stomach arms and upper legs and it’s Killing me lol. If any of you guys
    have trouble with keeping this up try to screenshot this youtube video and
    but it as ur lock and home screen so when your looking thru ur phone in the

      +Luis Cortes my stomach is completely toned! I don’t want it toned anymore
      than it is so I’ve stopped it now but I’ve carried on doing squats and leg
      drops to get my lower body in shape but I seriously recommend this!!!!

      +ultimateworkouttactics i have tried just water for 2 yrs now, each time i
      would still cramp up horribly. i watched one of the previous videos on YT
      and the instructors suggested salt with water. i did not cramp up
      yesterday( i didn’t make it thru the 5 min either) but i will see today.

      do the routines and it seems to be more balance. Someone said that arm you
      have to add more rep but i dont i just do the same rep for both and it just
      seems more balance that before. The way you lift the dumbell is important
