    dropsets are great, BUT, we need to inform the people that not only does
    your muscles break down but the sentral nervesystem gets worn out pretty
    quickly too, due to a slower “repair time”.
    That’s also why I see clients in my gym blasting on dropsets after
    dropsets, not realizing their getting burnt out in the long run.
    I would say go to failure every three/four weeks with your methods 🙂 happy
    lifting
