I highly recomebd the hammer and the bicep curl the way you are doing,I
even figured out before watching this video..lol the other way where we mix
hammer plus bicep curl in one movement is a big fail. Lol But hammer And
then bicep curl Is super good. Try to do 10 Hammer and ten bicep curl and
you will feel how the bicep itself will pump rapidly.

Hi Vic, do you have any advice on how to work the deltoid/bicep tie in and
the forearm/bicep tie in? I’m looking for the separation and “cut” look in
    those areas, blessings, Steve

Vic is like a physiological philosopher. These exercise tips are so
    cerebral. I dig it.

really interesting. I’ve never, ever flipped, just done curls (which I
don’t like and tend to ignore in favor of muscle ups, etc.) just the way
you described. must be the way I learned to do them.

I’m pretty sure supinating my curls is what gave me Tennis elbow.

I have got 2 dumbells. I want to build my body. If u can gv me a good 2 day
shedule it would be great. Specially for arms, shoulders and chest.

  20. Sanjay Kulkarni / March 3, 2016

haha great tip. but the problem is you got to hold tight to flip that
dumbell while coming up. only advanced users who possess that arm and grip
strength can just supine their arms without really holding that dumbell
tight( like the relaxed pose you propose). Hence like you said body doing
the work not the iron! so for now just do the rip without any fancy twist
and turns! one of the best tips.
