    6 feet tall bro and for about 18 months i made sure i was in a calorie
    surplus every day, and i trained heavy and hard

    The inside shoulder/outside shoulder grip is a good idea. I’m going to try
    that. My problem is I lift heavy stuff all day at work so i’m always over
    training.

    Training arms twice a week in 3 months and not seeing gains. Give it more
    time or lessen frequency?
