    I’ve started my journey towards Buff Dudedom! 12 weeks so far, full body
    workouts. LOVE IT. Plenty of strength and size gains. Was deadlifting 135,
    now at 225 for 6 reps, .Bench started at 95, now at 135 for 12 reps. Squats
    started at 135 for 6 reps, now at 185 for 6 reps. Slow progress, but nice
    and steady, with good form. Amazing what our bodies are capable of. Good
    luck to everybody starting out or are ongoing. Keep up the great work lads!
