    Wow can people actually do that with their shoulders? I have to bend my
    elbows pretty much once I hit vertical with my arms and can’t even get all
    the way down at the back…

    90 degrees of elbow bend is sufficient enough in my opinion, and I do not
    consider that a half-rep. Anything past 90, and you’re really training the
    triceps or chest anymore — you’re just adding unnecessary stress to the
    shoulders. Instead, I prefer to really squeeze my trics and pecs at the
    top of the movement.

      I am with you on this one, even with chest press the possibility of injury
      is there and if you hurt your shoulder you are not going to do much more in
      a Gym,
      if that happened i would not be able to feel the burn or get my pump on.

      No dips are one of my best movements. I normally do weighted dips with at
      least a 45lb plate just to keep my reps per set down to 15. Nice try hater.

      I do agree with the added stress. I almost messes my shoulder going to deep.

    That dip station is way harder than bench dips because it uses your whole
    body weight. I just started that and had to alternate between the two
    because I could only do 3 reps on the dip station lol.

    Great videos Scott. Well spoken and presented. I really liked that shoulder
    warm up at the beginning. Going to start doing those. Dips have always been
    a challenge for me because I’m heavy, and didn’t keep up with them as I
    gained.

      +Rodrigo Gonzalez dips works, but if you dont control balance between both
      hands, your dominant hand will bigger than another. i tend to use right
      hand a lot when i get tired, now my right tricep is way to big than my left.

      yes ,leaning forward will recruit the chest

      Your chest is always recruited. But i recommend targeting the triceps bc
      the pectoralis major is easy to get fucking huge(if your advanced). If your
      not advanced do chest dips bc if you increase your bench your triceps will
      get bigger as well(same with overhead press)
