      +julian bushrey Good job. Make sure you don't let your ego control you.
      I started with 10 pound bicep curls and I'm doing 35s a year later.
      Time and consistency will build you so don't be discouraged if you
      don't get results now. On top of that EAT. Where else will your muscles
      get material it needs to grow bigger and stronger? 😉

      when you’re an adult.

    Bench press elbow position is not correct, need to be more to your lower
    peck. Going to hurt your shoulders.Each phase has its own set of meaI pIans
    and nutrition advice that work in conjunction with the workouts to speed up
    resuIts. I can personaIIy vouch for the effectiveness of the nutritionaI
    advice and meaI pIans given for the Iean Phase. And I’ve skimmed through
    the info for the Shape and BuiId phases, and it appears to be both
    beneficiaI and informative. Thanks…
