      +Moin Imam if you do this once a day you will definetely see good results
      no matter size or weight or how tall ypu are. The only problem is there is
      no way to tell how your body will respond. of you work out your body
      intensively for a whole week it might be really sore after just a couple of
      days. i reccomend to do this workout 4-5 times a week

      Really make sure you’re tightening your stomach and engaging your core
      throughout the whole workout. If you do that you’ll definitely feel it and
      get results.

      Breath good too, and don’t do it’s workout 1 time only, do it like 3 times,
      with a 3-4 min break
