For this workout, we're going to be focusing on intensity. We're not training legs or any other huge body part, so the lifts themselves aren't really taxing. But we're going to increase the intensity by keeping the rest periods short.

We rest just as long for the other to complete the set, and then we get right back on the lift. We do this for a reason! You get more blood flow and a greater pump.

Although we're different people and are from different eras, we share some common philosophies in our training: We don't like to really lock out our movements so we can keep tension on the muscles, we like to use heavy weights and go to failure, and we like to keep our rest periods to a minimum.

Although they seem like small things, they're important and will make all the difference in your pump, and more importantly, your results.

This workout can help you build muscle, but it won't work unless you give your body enough calories to increase lean mass. Your body can't build without a surplus, so eat up for gains!

Should I do hammer curls or barbell curls first?

    • Justin Estep / June 9, 2016

You could start from top to bottom of your body. Also, you can do different
parts on your body one could be like your top body you’ll have your back
muscles, biceps, triceps, forearms, chest, abdominals, but get rid of the
fat first obliques, that’s all the top body muscles. If you want listen
about your lower leg muscles please comment back to see what you say then
      I’ll continue from there alright.

    • ZyroSugar / June 9, 2016

+Justin Estep Hey yea Id like to know! 🙂
But back to my question… Is it better to do hammer curls first or bicep
      curls or maybe supersets?

    • Justin Estep / June 9, 2016

+ZyroSugar Do biceps curls first next will be hammer curls with this works
your biceps but go back to bicep curls that works the peak. Hammer curls
works around the peak you build the peak first that builds every single
day. Hammer curls helps the bicep hammer curls build on the side of the
bicep how many sets lets say 4 or 5 sets of 10-12 reps. I need you to do
this couple of days then comment back when you get the results go in the
bathroom look at yourself see what you think.
Also, one other thing though if you know intermittent fasting or not but.
I’m telling you otherwise once you get up in the morning pea first go into
the workout there are two things you didn’t know or not you might now. When
you are in the workout that will boost your metabolism and your
testosterone as well and comment back to see what you think alright see if
      this helps ok.

    • ZyroSugar / June 9, 2016

+Justin Estep Yea thanks for the advice.
I’m 16 and have been going to the gym since January 3 weeks and I really
haven’t seen many results (especially not in my arms) . I do a full body
split and always increase the weights. I eat about 3 meals a day and drink
a protein shake after I work out. Can you help I really don’t know if I
just have bad genetics or what… Thanks!

    • Justin Estep / June 9, 2016

Workout every single day remember what I said about intermittent fasting
pea first then go into the workout. Do not take any water with you all you
need to do is workout the. Only workout you can do is your upper body first
vise verse means another way around. You also do your legs when you wake up.
Wake up stretch your legs then pea first like I said go to the workout do
this every week. Also, when you get up in the mornings you might be sore be
careful don’t pull a muscle you can injure yourself you don’t want that.
One more thing you love doing this for a job yes but what other stuff do
you do got a phone you know what snapchat. If so me and you could chat
through there to learn more of bodybuilding how about that.

inspiration ever since. I still have that video. Lee is my absolute hero
when it comes to my training. So great to see him still in awesome

I thought that light reps didn’t do anything because they’re not giving the
muscles a reason to grow. Could someone please explain the high reps to me
    please? Thanks!

    • XxEpicGamingxX / June 21, 2016

      +Marc Hiltmann

Ah right thanks! But why do everybody aim for the pump though? I mean, yeah
it’s good but it doesn’t = Muscle growth..

    • Marc Hiltmann / June 21, 2016

+XxEpicGamingxX Hmm I would say a pump is important because it means
there’s more blood in the muscle which happens if the muscle is used so you
should have one if you train well.

    • XxEpicGamingxX / June 21, 2016

      +Marc Hiltmann

Oh yeah I always get the pump, and it’s great because it makes that muscle
look twice as big. But it doesn’t mean muscle growth. Tearing down the
muscle fibres and then eating the protein will cause them to grow.

    • Marc Hiltmann / June 22, 2016

+XxEpicGamingxX Pump : more blood because of a working muscle
      More Work : more blood
More muscle using : more fibres are tired

-> Protein : Muscle growth in this case

      pump brings muscle growth

    • XxEpicGamingxX / June 22, 2016

      +Marc Hiltmann

No, it doesn’t. That’s just bro science
