      +bigconan bruce lee was short and he mostly stayed around 140 to 145 which
      is about the ideal weight for his height

      Bruce was 5’7, that’s not all that short. And ideal weight is very
      subjective. I know many bodybuilders in great shape, that are that height
      that weigh well over 200lbs.

    I do something similar but I keep the my arm bent at 90 degrees and do four
    reps with my other arm, after the 4th rep then I keep that arm at 90
    degrees and repeat. I call those static curls.
