    i did this workout for 2 days and i can already feel the changes i can feel
    my abs alot better i feel les fat in my back and shoulders its amazing i

    Good for people who already have stamina and in great shape. Not for fat
    people whose stamina, health & shape are not in a shape to sustain this
    intense workout

    I think dumbbell burpies are the toughest exercise for sure! They should
    call them pukies…for obvious reasons.
