    Some of my friends say this is overtraining. I don’t believe them. Can
    someone give me proof that this is not overtraining so I can tell them? I
    hope u can awnser me Bart.

      +Noufej Maaz I don’t think Bart is going to respond back to a video from a
      few years ago, but I can tell you a few things I learned from his recent
      videos. Overtraining does not depend on the amount of TRAINING but depends
      of the amount of REST. As long as you rest enough, your body can come back
      stronger. Google it man, there are a lot of great articles about it.
