Dumbbell Back Workout At Home!

This is a great back workout that you can do at home.
For this back workout all you need is just 2 dumbbells.
The Workout.
Wide Dumbbell Rows 8-12 reps.
Bent Dumbbell Rows 8-12 reps.
One Arm Dumbbell Rows 8-12 reps.
Doing these 3 exercises one after another equals 1 set.
You will perform 4 sets for this workout.
Do this workout only 2 times a week,
Get at least 2-3 days of rest between workout days.

    Like your exercises but I think the pace is kinda fast. By slowing down my
    form was better and I think I got better results. Good job though!

    Very clear video man,
    I wonder though. alot of routines i see they take 1 excersize with for
    example for the biceps in between.
    Do they always do this? does the biceps not count as a major muscle group?

    So its okay if i do some curls after this? and do i need to curl till i
    drop or just do a set of 3 with 12 reps with a decent weight?

    it feels like im neglecting the biceps troughout my entire schedule like
    this.

    Hope you can give me a clear answer 🙂 im following this atm :
    Day 1: OFFDay 2: LegsDay 3: ChestDay 4: OFFDay 5: BackDay 6: ShouldersDay
