if you dudes desire to get ripped a lot quicker without wasting a single
extra minute in the gym, then you should keep an eye on this online video
COOK46.COM We look for the Secret – the Philosopher’s Stone, the Elixir of
the Wise, Supreme Enlightenment, ‘God’ or whatever…and all the time it is
carrying us about…It is the human nervous system itself.

Flat stomach is the wrong word. Its the body fat % that is the top reason
for belly fat. The exercises is fine, but to get a flat stomach, you need
to focus on diet too :)

    not very much infor

    • ♞ Go Fuck Yourself ♞ / February 20, 2016

+Timmy Watson It’s for beginners. What did you expect. Pro tips?

    • Tony England / March 23, 2016

Some info like “what weight are the dumbbells, how many is optimum, what
areas benefit most”. He wasn’t expecting “pro tips” but “basic info”.

    • ♞ Go Fuck Yourself ♞ / March 23, 2016

+Tony England Those questions are literary impossible to answer because
dumbell weight, sets and efficiency depend on the person working out.
You can make rough estimates and generalise a bit but you still need the
person’s info before estimating their requirments and their *possible*
      results.

I don’t get the logic behind your expectations. Unless you thought that a
person who’s sorta fit and a person who’s never worked out before in their
entire life will have the exact same results, doing the exact same numbers
of sets, using the exacts same dumbells which is stupid and nonsensical.
