This is a great home shoulder workout with dumbbells.
Pick 3 dumbbell shoulder exercises out of the 5 below.
Arnold Shoulder Press.
Dumbbell Lateral Raise.
Dumbbell Front Raise.
Dumbbell Upright Rows.
Dumbbell Shoulder Press.
Do these exercises in the 8-12 rep range.
When you do 3 exercises back to back to back that equals one set.
Do 3-4 sets of this workout.
Do not do this workout more than 2 times a week.
Make sure you get at least 2-3 days of rest in between workout days.

Hey bro, your videos are not only hugely educational but they also motivate
      me a lot.
I need your advice on 1 aspect. I’ve started exercising only recently. I
want to know that if I work on my arms on a particular day, can I go for
the chest the next day? I workout at home using dumbbells. Looking forward
to your reply. Thanks in advance. 🙂

+Prabhu Mittal When you train your chest, usually you can’t help training
your arms as well. If you have done a tough arms workout the day before,
      then don’t.
I prefer to train Arms, Shoulders, Chest and Back the same day and give em

    • Prabhu Mittal / September 14, 2014

+Narek Hunanyan Thanks! But that sounds a lot for one day (for somebody
like me). Anyways, if I follow something like that how much gap would you
suggest me to keep between workout days? Thanks again for your response 🙂

  16. Venkatesh Deo / April 7, 2016

Wow, I have been doing what you said and I feel I have a pretty toned
shoulder. Thanks for that. But you said twice a week? What will happen if I
    do that every day?

    • Zilla / April 13, 2016

You won’t let the muscle recover therefore it won’t grow and the muscle may
even decease in size if you abuse it to much.

    • Venkatesh Deo / April 14, 2016

      That’s okay..thanks again 🙂
