MY VERTICAL JUMP TRAINING CHANNEL

This is a great home shoulder workout with dumbbells.
Pick 3 dumbbell shoulder exercises out of the 5 below.
Arnold Shoulder Press.
Dumbbell Lateral Raise.
Dumbbell Front Raise.
Dumbbell Upright Rows.
Dumbbell Shoulder Press.
Do these exercises in the 8-12 rep range.
When you do 3 exercises back to back to back that equals one set.
Do 3-4 sets of this workout.
Do not do this workout more than 2 times a week.
Make sure you get at least 2-3 days of rest in between workout days.

      Hey bro, your videos are not only hugely educational but they also motivate
      me a lot.
      I need your advice on 1 aspect. I’ve started exercising only recently. I
      want to know that if I work on my arms on a particular day, can I go for
      the chest the next day? I workout at home using dumbbells. Looking forward

      +Prabhu Mittal When you train your chest, usually you can’t help training
      your arms as well. If you have done a tough arms workout the day before,
      then don’t.
      I prefer to train Arms, Shoulders, Chest and Back the same day and give em
      hell.

      no all of that is bullshit just avoid back exercises like deadlifts, I do
      it and I’m 15 and grew to 6’1ft

    do that every day?

      You won’t let the muscle recover therefore it won’t grow and the muscle may
      even decease in size if you abuse it to much.
