whats the best size weight to use to shred fat

    • SammyX96 / December 11, 2015

+Marlando Stewart There really isn’t a right answer to this…but the best
answer is whatever size/weight that challenges you…yet at the same time,
you’re able to get in a full workout. So don’t go so heavy that you can use
a particular weight for just 1 round… and don’t go so light that you
don’t feel you’re pushing yourself…find a happy medium. The only way to
do that is trial and era.

Hey I love your videos as well. I am 14 years old and I bench 50. I workout
every Friday Saturday Sunday and Wednesday if I can. Do you think this
workout is for me? I need some help because I am thicker but I am
overweight. I am trying to turn that fat into muscle. I weigh 157.(if that
    matters) Thanks.

Most of the fat is accumulated around my waist and thighs. Am I supposed to
do the leg exercises more to reduce thigh area or should I do all the
    exercises equally?
    Thank you.

    • BeaverJuice / July 2, 2016

All exercises equally and do lots of cardio
