Workout Description

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. Complete all 10 exercises and repeat for 3 full rounds. Warm up before and stretch after you are complete.

    Pleased I stumbled upon this video. Like You tube for this kind of
    information… My step brother was previously bullied. He stated he was
    planning to get bigger. I didn’t believe him. Right up until out of nowhere
    he added 40 pounds of complete muscle. He tried the Muscle Building Bible
    (Google it). Nobody dares to bully him nowadays. I personally subscribed

    What weight should I be using for these exercises? Are you using different
    types of weights for each exercise or just one set of dumbbells?
