1 strange trick to build muscle:

Hey guys, in this video Im gonna show you a killer lower body workout to build muscle. This is a great workout that you can do right at home especially if you don't have access to a gym.

Warmup
10 reps each of Body Weight Squats, lunges, stiff leg dead-lifts, 20 high knees.

Workout
⁃ Jumping Barbell Squats – 10 reps
⁃ Jumping Barbell Lunges – 10 reps (each leg)
⁃ Stiff One Legged Deadlift – 10 reps each leg
⁃ Barbell High Knees – 25
⁃ REPEAT 3 TIMES

    This workout is fantastic! I just have a quick question: would it be
    effective just doing this or should you do this and a few more light
    exercises? I ask because it took me about 10 minutes to do this (and i was
    absolutely dead) but I felt like I hadn’t done enough. Should this be an
    entire leg workout or should you incorporate it into something else?
