      Yes obviously you can!
      Go back to the basic definition of body building.
      You need protein. (Lean protein!) and the thing is that most of the
      vegetarian sources of protein comes with a lot of carbs and fats. That’s
      the only problem.
      So yes can. Try pulses, soy etc 🙂
