Fitness – How to get Bigger Arms

This is the routine that I used when I was bulking, or packing on muscle. I would lift as much as could but would still complete the number of sets and reps.
A combination of good form and intensity is the key to making your muscles grow in size and making a workout super effective.

Remember only take no more than a minute on rests between reps and sets!

    Crazy clip. Excellent film clip. My younger brother used to be an
    overweight gent. He reworked himself from 290lbs of fat to 219 lbs of
