Exercise 1 – Barbell Curls – 4 Sets 12-15 REPS
Exercise 2 – Triceps Pull-downs – 4 Sets 12-15 Reps
Exercise 3 – Hammer Curls – 4 Sets – 12 – 15 Reps
Exercise 4 – Triceps Extensions 4 Sets 12-15 Reps
Exercise 5 – Preacher Curls – 4 Sets 12-15 Reps
Exercise 6 – Kickbacks – 4 Sets 12-15 Reps

    After I watched the video last night I took down what Tristan does for his
    killer arm workout and I tried this in my gym today … wow that arm
    workout was insane. It was one of the hardest arm workout I have done in a
    good while. Can wait for more of these videos to come out there sick!!

    How often should one train arms?

      I asked Lee Labrada this same question once and he said if you have
      satisfactory arm growth once a week is all you need. If they are lagging
      and not growing as much as you like then twice a week. He said never train
      them more than that or you will just be wasting your time.

      +Caesar Guzman Correct, juicing gets you an IFBB pro status. Meaning,
      everyone has the potential of being an IFBB pro. It is down to choice of
      weather to be or not.

      +Caesar Guzman Perhaps they don’t use them properly, or perhaps they don’t
      use enough. Modern-day steroids will (if used properly and taken in
      sufficient quantities) transform anyone… even women, if you haven’t
      noticed it yet. 🙂

    Really not being the workout police I’ve only been training hard for about
    5 yrs but I’ve always had the understanding that’s it best to never do bi’s
    and tri’s in the same session. But who knows there’s tons of theories out
    there
