Full Body Dumbbell Workout

Follow along as I perform a full body dumbbell workout. Workout consists of 12 exercises, and 3 sets of each exercise, making for 2 exercises per body part (legs, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back). For more workouts, healthy recipes, supplement reviews, and other information check out:

Standing DB curl — 3 sets/12 reps
Standing overhead DB press- 3 sets/ 12 reps
Bent over DB rows — 3 sets/ 12 reps
Flat Bench DB press 3 sets/ 12 reps
DB squats — 3 sets/ 12 reps
DB tricep supine (skull crushers) — 3 sets/ 12 reps
Standing DB Side Raise — 3 sets/ 12 reps
DB twist curls — 3 sets/ 12 reps
DB lunges- 3 sets/ 12 reps
Incline Bench DB press- 3 sets/ 12 reps
One are triceps extension- 3 sets/ 12 reps
Lawnmowers (one arm rows)- 3 sets/ 12 reps

      +Gabriel Davidson can I do floor or lying press instead of benchpress.
      Because I dont go gym and I dont have bench like that in my house

      think if I tried this workout, which I will tomorrow, and stay with it, I
      would not only
      gain a lot of muscle but at the same time would burn hell lot of
      calories. Just what I needed.

      +Gabriel Davidson I'm just trying to get fit. I'm new at doing
      weight training, but I wanted to ask 3 quick things. 1) before doing this,
      what kind of stretches would be necessary or recommended? 2) Should I be
      using different weights on different exercises? 3) I don’t have a bench,
      but can do on the floor or on my bed or use a chair somehow, is it
      possible? how could I adjust those bench ones–press, tricep, etc?

    Too many exercices finally … not good for a long term full body, look for
    the total body program on T-Nation It’s from the famous trainer Chad
    Waterbury. 🙂 Your fullbody routine can lead to overtraining if done with
    heavy weights.

      +Da Buddy Comtox I followed this routine for 3 weeks. Now I’m using the
      same video but changed from 12 to 8 reps. I’m making more gains now in my
      room than I made in the past when I went to the gym and did my bro-split.

      I did this almost Two months 🙂 Hitting each muscle groups two times in a
      single workout, 3 times a week, is a very big training volume. I was in
      calorie deficit (Recomp), I think it’s the main reason I finished

    I only have 30 lb dumbbells, and I’m able to do all of these fine EXCEPT
    for full motion on Standing DB Side Raises (I can still feel it, but I
    can’t go as high) and the one arm tricep extensions. Sucks because it makes
    me feel weak, or that I’ve not gotta any stronger.
