Thanks for the upload. How often should one do this?

+Nagendra GM Thanks for the question. It really depends on your commitment
to training. I’ve uploaded several of these full body dumbbell programs so
you can pick one every couple of days and complete it. That’s if you’re
training 3 or 4 days a week. The other option is to follow my 3 days
      program
      https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIn3nS9mJKxlZfowKpbmmkwlEtC8tjB6Q
which isolates muscle groups. For rapid results I would train for 3 days
and take a day off, then repeat etc

Great workout, especially for someone (like myself) who is new to weight
training. The lunge exercise had me shaking. I’ll be using this workout a
few times a week along with swimming as cross training for ballet. Thanks
    for the video.

The way you do the deadlift makes a lot more sense for the way you keep the
back straight when you rise back up to standing position. This is a lot
safer than the traditional deadlift. Thanks for the demo. Keep it up.

Correct Paul. The idea is to get continuously better and the only way to do
that is to stay injury free 🙂
