    Lies. You will never ‘get abs’ doing these. All these exercises do are help
    abdominal strength and endurance, building muscle over a long time. If you
    have greater than ~14% body fat, your abs will not show. The stomach is the
    first place the body stores fat and is the last place it will take fat
    away. You could have abdominal muscles the size of soda cans, if you have
    too much fat, it’ll never show. You need to do cardio (probably most
    important), resistance training, and pay very close attention to what you
    eat. This video makes it look like doing some crunches will get you a 6
    pack. YOU ALREADY HAVE ABDOMINAL MUSCLES. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to
    stand or sit upright. They’re just covered in fat.

    i look at these sites and all i mainly see is complaints. A constant “this
    is a lie, this is fake i know a better way etc” No matter what, you still
    have to eat right (you know what is bad for you ) and work out and be
    consistent and you will achieve your goals.

      It’s not genetics, he obviously works hard, he used to be fat, by saying
      its his genetics, that’s why he look good is like giving yourself an excuse
      that you don’t look as good as him
