      +Maksimilian Grbic You have “How to build big calves” and you can do calf
      raises anywhere. Just because it is made in gym doesnt mean it can be
      preformed only in gym.

      Anyways, i’ve a question, how heavy the dumbbells should be ? Like using
      dumbbells heavy enough to 12 sets to failure or only need dumbbells 20 sets
      to failure ?

    That’s how I pick up bricks on a construction site where I work, keepin dat
    back straight, chest up, shoulders tight and extending dem hips to the top
    position. I’m getting weird looks though… Buff Dudes, what should I do?

    Let me add one more : dumbbell bulgarian split squats. One leg on camping
    cooler. Will work your quads, hamstrings, glutes. Even a little bit of

    Why do people skip legs? Legs should be one of your strongest muscles and
    they look awesome when their buff! People clearly want to look like Johnny
    Bravo or am I missing something?

      +Lucadio I don’t think it’s that, I think people just know legs are
      probably one of the hardest muscles to work. I know after leg day I’m
      always beat.

      Ikr? Legs are like your biggest muscle in your body and they pump a ton of
      testosterone to the rest of your body, and that’ll be great when you train
      other areas like your upper body. it’ll help a lot : D

    That’s funny how legs are exercised the most. I see why but thinking about
    it it’s dumb. Stronger legs means running quick and higher jumps etc. What
    could be useful if you are late and need to run somewhere etc. Where as
    your arms are used less but more focused on. I’m glad I’m part of that
    small population I’d dancers watching this as we are the kings (and queens)
    of legs!
