    I only have 1 dumbbell , do i have to buy 1 more, or am i good?I do 1 set
    left arm… 1 set right arm. Are there any problems with that?

      Just slightly increase the reps as you have rest in between each set when
      you do the other arm. To answer your question one is enough yes

      20 seconds max, the less you rest the more effective the workout

      na, u should give yourself between 30-60secs. 20secs are good for very
      intense workouts but for ones like these, (where ur building for mass) u
      need to get the most out of them.

      thats not really good kind of training if your goal isnt to build muscle..
      if youre trying to lose fat/celoulite you shoud look at HIIT training
