    yo i tried doing the chestbusters but i fell off the cooler. i didn’t hurt
    myself but it was embarrassing lol

      +Rashed Good for him you fucking troll. I’m starting from scratch again so
      it’s mostly the chestbusters that are difficult. I can do the rest of this
      workout with 20. But the chestbusters I should get 15 or 10.

      Do this 3 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week. So this way you’re
      doing this particularly workout every 2nd day and you’re working out 6 days
      a week.

      Yeah and in another view they are just a stack of paper and ink :p
      you can do whatever you want with books its not disrespectfull to stand on
      books unless you want it to be disrespecfull. (Except for the Quoran who
      is, if I recall good, supposed to be like a piece of God bcause its
      directly his words? But then again, if I do not have the faith I will not
      consider it to be direspectfull to stand on it. (still won’t doing it
      bcause I don’t want to upset ppl for no reason at all))

    Is is safe to use a camping cooler? I weight about 185 lbs I’m afraid my

    I workout at home now also. 90 pound power blocks with a power block flat
    to incline bench, a treadmill, a jump rope and a foam roller ( for stiff
    muscles) and last but least a home made calf block made of 2×4’s…..
