yo i tried doing the chestbusters but i fell off the cooler. i didn’t hurt
myself but it was embarrassing lol

    • Shavedify / March 31, 2016

+Rashed Good for him you fucking troll. I’m starting from scratch again so
it’s mostly the chestbusters that are difficult. I can do the rest of this
workout with 20. But the chestbusters I should get 15 or 10.

    • Dave Byrne / April 5, 2016

+Shavedify yep even if a person can only do 1or2 sets and they feel wasted
after it that mean they’ve given there lot and will progress, that guy is
      just clueless

    • Shavedify / April 5, 2016

      +Dave Byrne Thank you.

Do do all of these exercises in a day? Or do I have to spread these
exercises in a a week? I really need a good workout routine. I’m a newbie
    to this. Please help.

    • Shen T / May 3, 2016

+SandmanNJ973 All in a day. Three times a week.

    • Jake Maji (Olamikan) / May 22, 2016

      +Shen T 3 days in a row or no?

    • Shen T / May 22, 2016

No. You need 48 hours of rest between days.

    • Jake Maji (Olamikan) / May 22, 2016

+Shen T Ok cool, thank you

    • fareen bhanji / June 7, 2016

Do this 3 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week. So this way you’re
doing this particularly workout every 2nd day and you’re working out 6 days
      a week.

    • Herbain Darizzla / July 15, 2016

Yeah and in another view they are just a stack of paper and ink :p
you can do whatever you want with books its not disrespectfull to stand on
books unless you want it to be disrespecfull. (Except for the Quoran who
is, if I recall good, supposed to be like a piece of God bcause its
directly his words? But then again, if I do not have the faith I will not
consider it to be direspectfull to stand on it. (still won’t doing it
bcause I don’t want to upset ppl for no reason at all))

to incline bench, a treadmill, a jump rope and a foam roller ( for stiff
muscles) and last but least a home made calf block made of 2×4’s…..
