Great demonstration, it’s good that you explained different ways to do it,
not so dogmatic like other tutorials

I don’t have this kind of rack. I’d have to pick the bar straight from the
    ground.

I may have missed this and forgive me if I have, but can I do this exercise
with the weights on the floor, or do the weights have to be mounted?

    • Siege Perilous / January 19, 2016

ground is fine, you just need to lift if a bit to get into position.

    • The Wicked MASSHOLE / January 20, 2016

      +Siege Perilous Thank you.

what would you be working if you made your palms up instead of down?

    • toksikologija123 / January 23, 2016

that way u work ur lats more instead of the other bavk muscles

    • Robert Manuel / January 23, 2016

      oh i see, thanks man!!

    • ForscythIV / February 20, 2016

+Robert Manuel It’s also going to work a lot more of the biceps, sort of
like how a chin up works more bicep than a standard pull up.

is it okay for your lower back to hurt when doing this and also deadlifts,
i think it’s not but i’m unsure (first timer)

    • Sergeant1990 / March 15, 2016

+Mario Lako I should pick 1 of the 2 exercise dont do them both if your
first timer, bend over row is also attacting your lower back much,

great exercise. I tried it today and it came to me very naturally. you can
really variate it so that it fits your needs. Try it guys, but don’t put on
too much weight too quickly. Stay happy , stay fit ;)

Are you a Physiotherapy major dude? haha!

  11. jamal azid / June 11, 2016

I’m sure Scott does this already but he never mentioned it. For the rows
for the scapula should be pulled back and pull the shoulders down for
    maximum engagement from the back.

I can definitely tell you made serious gains since then. Needed to see this
to tell if I’m doing Barbell Rows right or not, still it’s always good to
    learn what you already know!

when I do Barbell Bent Rows I feel like training my hamstrings more than my
